The option for faxing documents and assessments to us at the Pharmacy Guild Victoria Branch is no longer viable due to connection to the fax line is no longer compatible.
All fax options for us have been switched off as we move into the digital age.
Options for forwarding documents and assessments to us are as follows –
-Scan and Email (to training@vic.guild.org.au or to your relevant trainer’s email if you have a trainer allocated)
-Scan and Upload ( to www.pharmacyguild.edu.au/student-upload/ )
If the pharmacy does not have any scanning options, there are some free apps that can be downloaded on a mobile device that allows you to take images of the pages and to create a PDF of the document.
This can be sent to us from your device directly.
One of these options is Microsoft Office.
