Recognise your exceptional staff, nominate them for Australia’s premier pharmacy assistant award

Nominations are now open for The Pharmacy Guild of Australia/GuildSuper National Pharmacy Assistant of the Year Award 2015.

If you work with a pharmacy assistant, dispensary assistant or retail manager who is passionate about their career and your customers, now is the time to nominate them for The Pharmacy Assistant of the Year Award 2015!

Each year, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia and GuildSuper search nationwide to find the most skilled and knowledgeable pharmacy assistants to share their experiences and passion for the industry.

This is the perfect opportunity to recognise the important contribution of your pharmacy assistants in your pharmacy. Research shows that 82% of employees say that the recognition they receive at work motivates them to improve their performance1. In fact, many finalists have said they returned to their workplace invigorated about their career and with lots of new ideas.

The successful nominees will also gain skills they can bring back to the business, such as improving their communication skills and knowledge base. They will meet like-minded pharmacy assistants from around Australia, giving them the opportunity to share ideas and motivate each other to do more exciting things in your pharmacy.

Finalists from each state and territory will win flights, accommodation and registration to attend the Pharmacy Assistant National Conference on the Gold Coast in October when the national winner will be announced. As well as the prestige of being crowned The Pharmacy Assistant of the Year, the winner will take home $5,000 cash and a Guild Training course of their choice valued up to $5,100.

Nominate an outstanding pharmacy assistant today! Third party nomination close on May 23 and Self-nominations close on Jun 19
